Hide/Remove Home Group from Windows Explorer

• Go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> HomeGroup, and click on Leave the homegroup link to unjoin from any existing home group. 
• Open Services (run services.msc) and stop these services: 
• HomeGroupListener
• HomeGroupProvider

Hide Shutdown Event Tracker

• open Group Policy Object Editor (Start > run > gpedit.msc)
• go to “Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System”
• disable “Display Shutdown Event Tracker”

Disable Aero Snap

• go to “Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Ease of Access Center -> Make the mouse easier to use”
• check “Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen” to disable it
