Enabling File Sharing in Ubuntu

• install samba
• sudo apt-get install system-config-samba
• open samba and go to Preferences > Server Settings
• set your workgroup name

If you want to enable file sharing between Ubuntu and Windows, enable the file sharing on both OS's and set the same workgroup

• bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy
• to enable the safe mode menu | press F8 at startup
• bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy standard
• to return to the default boot

I got this error when I wanted to uninstall VMware Workstation, here is my solution (or at least it worked in my case)

• run your msi packet with the /x parameter
• repair your instalation
• restart your computer
• uninstall the software

Cange theme in Microsoft Visual Studio 2012

Go to Tools -> Options -> Environment -> General and there you will find the Color Theme

Remove language button from Logon Screen
