Rebuild Font cache

1. open services and stop and disable the following services:
1. Windows Font Cache Service
2. Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache #
2. go to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local
1. delete the FontCache*.dat
2. open Font Cache folder and delete all files and folders in it
3. restart end enable the services
