Microsoft Office: AdxTaskPane (small window) is popping out

If AdxTaskPane (small window) is popping out, then follow the instructions below:
  • go to File > Options > General > User Interface options
  • check Select Optimize for compatibility
  • restart Office application (Outlook/Excel/Word)
